Cottesloe Residence an Addition to an Addition
This project comprises an ‘addition to an addition’. Humphrey Builders built the first addition in 2002 at the rear of the house. This latest addition is over two levels plus cellar. Designed to be large, informal but high quality, solar passive and child friendly, it includes; six bedrooms, three bathrooms and powder room, separate study, upper floor is designated for children and includes a large playroom, guest room and balcony, professionally designed kitchen, scullery, ensuite and laundry, cedar louvers’ to all UF bedrooms for complete cross breeze ventilation, 4 x operable skylights for light and ventilation
