This contemporary home has been designed and built by Humphrey Builders & Designers. Our design brief included creating a modern single level home which maximised northern light (while ensuring privacy), was very spacious with open plan living, good security and low maintenance. The living rooms open directly to the outdoor entertaining area which has an attractively lit pool and water feature. Natural materials including travertine and limestone, recessed lighting and shadowline cornices are among the elegant finishing touches.
