About Humphrey Builders

We are qualified beyond the levels required for our roles and every year we undertake further training to advance our skills. Our construction department consist of Dean Humphrey, Frank Petruzio, Kerie Tang and Dean Smith, all with over twenty five years experience each in the building industry.
Dean Humphrey - Managing Director
Dean is a Registered Builder who started the company in 1999. He’s a committee member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA) and a member of the Master Builders Association (MBA). Dean has been a building awards judge for the past seven years.
Kerie Tang - Architect
Design & Contracts Manager
Kerie is a registered architect with many years experience in both residential and commercial buildings. Since 2004 Kerie has worked solely in high end residential projects around the western suburbs of Perth. Kerie's role at Humphrey Builders is to oversee the design and contract administration of our homes, including quality control of documentation and integration of the many consultants involved with custom built homes.
Frank Petruzio - Project Manager
Frank is a registered builder with many years of experience at building high end custom built homes. Frank’s main role is to ensure that our homes are built to the highest quality and also built in the fastest reasonable time frame.
Annette Liu - Accounts Manager
Annette is a qualified CPA, born in Singapore, who oversees all accounts and internal accounting systems. She is also responsible for ensuring that all suppliers are paid on time.
Dean Smith - Senior Estimator
Dean trained as an Architectural Draftsman and has been working in the industry for over fifteen years, principally as a Senior Estimator. He has considerable experience quantifying costs and details for the construction of custom built homes. One of Dean’s main roles is to ensure that client budgets are adhered to.
Janine Peardon - Office Administrator
Janine plays a pivotal administrative role in the organisation. She’s also the friendly face at reception and the person our clients get to know well. As well as liaising with clients Janine manages our weekly meetings and keeps the office running efficiently.
